The challenge

Northline's dispatchers juggled phone calls, emails, and three tracking tools to price and book every load. Quotes took hours, and the best carriers were often gone by the time a price went out.

Growth meant hiring more dispatchers — the economics didn't scale.

What we built

We built a copilot that reads inbound requests from email and EDI, prices loads against live market data and Northline's history, and drafts carrier bookings for one-click approval.

Telematics integration feeds real-time fleet positions, so the system suggests backhauls that used to run empty. Dispatchers stay in command — the system does the legwork.

The result

Quotes go out in seconds, not hours
Empty backhaul miles cut by a third
Dispatchers handle 3× the load volume
Booking errors nearly halved
